Lettings

A number of rooms are available for hire on a first come first served basis. Please find details of approximate capacities and prices for the relevent rooms. Please note we do not hire out any rooms for parties.

Large Hall 'Cuthbert' - Seats up to 200, has external entrance and access through Coffee Lounge. There is servery access to the Kitchen.
Medium Hall 'Mary' - Seats up to 100, has direct access from the Foyer and to Coffee Lounge.
Small Hall 'Eardulph' - Seats up to 50, access is through the Coffee Lounge
Coffee Lounge - Seats up to 50 (at tables), has large servery access to Kitchen and is accessed via the Foyer.

Details of the current charges are as follows:

Cuthbert	£16 per hour	£8 per hour
Mary	£14 for 2 hours + £6 for each further hour	£7 for 2 hours + £3 for each further hour
Eardulph	£12 for 2 hours + £6 for each further hour	£6 for 2 hours + £3 for each further hour
Coffee Days (10 am to 2 pm on Saturdays)	£30 per day (includes use of Still Boiler only) + £10 if any other equipment is used, i.e. cooker or dishwasher. PLEASE NOTE - You are NOT allowed to use the Fryer and there should be people present with a current Health and Hygiene Certificate.

We may be able to provide the following equipment (if not already in use by another group) but this will need to be booked in advance through the Parish Office. There will be a charge of £3 for each item used.

Boiler - £6

All hire charges must be paid in advance, unless otherwise agreed with the Parish Office.
