* Please note that the Organist Fee does not include requests to play for guest singers. This will incur an additional fee.

Payment for both the Choir (£105.00) and/or Bells (£125.00) is extra, but please note that although the church offers these services we cannot guarantee their availability for a specific date.

If the use of video is requested then an agreement must be signed and a charge of £40.00 be paid when signing the agreement, which must be done before the wedding takes place.

A deposit of £100.00 is required when booking your wedding and we ask that the balance be paid to the Parish Office not later than two weeks prior to the date of your wedding. Cheques should be made payable to “Chester-le-Street PCC”. Up to six months before the wedding the cancellation charge will be £20, up to three months £50 and within 3 months the full deposit will be kept.
